Rental conditions: Rental at Coco Beach Resort is designed to be simple and completely hassle-free. The resort takes care of the entire rental management process for you, ensuring everything is handled professionally while maintaining a consistent quality and experience for guests. All rentals are managed exclusively through the resort, allowing you to enjoy a seamless ownership experience without any of the usual concerns.

At the same time, you remain free to enjoy your villa yourself within the agreed usage terms. And if you ever feel like staying a little longer, you can extend your time with a 30% discount on the rental rate for that period, without The Coco Beach Resort paying commission during your personal stay.

General conditions: ROI is paid quarterly, and profit sharing is distributed annually. The HOA fee will be deducted from profits and includes maintenance of the private garden. Other costs such as maintenance of green areas, communal spaces, beach areas, utilities (electricity, water, internet for guests), and major maintenance are covered by the developer. The furniture pack is at the owner’s expense, while renewal of furniture (when necessary) is covered by Coco Beach Resort during the first three years.

Design and furniture pack: The owner is not allowed to change or remodel the beach villa. All villas are furnished, decorated, and maintained by Coco Beach Resort in a consistent style. A mandatory furniture pack applies, ranging between $7,500 and $10,000 depending on the villa size. Gardens are fully designed and maintained, and no changes by the owner are permitted.
