- Client buys a certain villa number on a registered plot under the condition that construction starts when 70% of the villas are sold.
- Coco Beach Resort guarantees that when 70% of the beach villas are sold within 20 months’ time after the launch of the presale concept online, the construction will start.
- Coco Beach Resort guarantees that when 70% of the beach villas are not sold within 20 months’ time, the client will receive a full reimbursement.
- The villas are part of The Coco Beach Resort and include a rental formula which is managed by The Coco Beach Resort rental department / administration.
- The direct owner, can stay in the villa for 14 days free of charge and with immediate family. (food/restaurant service not included).
- Villas are not intended nor allowed for permanent living.
- Purchase of a villa comes with a guaranteed ROI of 7% per year for the first 2 years from the start of renting out the villa.
- PLUS Profit sharing for beach villa owners depending on rental results. TBA.
- When you make the downpayment for a beach villa, you are obligated to buy and fulfil all corresponding payments.
- Villas are part of the HOA Coco Beach Resort (still to be founded). This we need to explain to people that when they buy, the HOA will not be founded yet.
- Renders are a guideline and give a style impression.
After construction
- The chosen villa and plot are registered to name. Legal costs for the transfer are for the client.
- Rental management by The Coco Beach Resort.
- Use of upscale amenities for visitors.
- HOA fee applicable.
